![]() Stila ‘In the Light’ Palette – Bottom Row Swatched (With Base) The following pictures are swatches of the eyeshadows in the Stila ‘In the Light’ Palette. All of the colors are extremely blendable and highly pigmented with the exception of Bliss, a color that doesn’t have a good color payoff but works well for blending harsh lines. The texture of the eyeshadows in this Stila palette has a soft and creamy consistency. I personally love the Urban Decay Naked Palette but I can admit that this Stila In The Light Palette is awesome within itself too. Big thumbs up for that!Īs most of you will notice, this palette is extremely similar to Urban Decay’s Original Naked Palette in which both palettes have almost identical color selections. I feel that Stila made a perfect eye shadow palette that consists of the perfect matte and perfect shimmery shades like they knew what colors people wear matte and wear shimmery. It’s perfect for those times where I’d turn my day look into a crazy dramatic-smokey-night look. Also, I love how this palette consists of deeper, more smokey shades too. Stila ‘In the Light’ Palette – How-To Lookbookīesides the fall out, I love the variety of matte shades this palette has. My usual everyday look consists of wearing one shimmery color all over my lids and the rest are all matte shades so this palette is really handy in my case. TOP ROW: Bare (Matte Ivory) – Kitten (Shimmery Pink Champagne) – Bliss (Matte Beige Pink) – Sunset (Shimmery Canyon Pink) – Sandstone (Matte Light Coco)īOTTOM ROW: Champagne (Shimmery Champagne) – Gilded Gold (Golden Brown with Shimmer) – Luster (Dark Aubergine with Gold Shimmer) – Night Sky (Blue with Shimmer) – Ebony (Matte Black)īONUS: Palette also includes a matte brown Smudge Stick shade in Damsel plus, a how-to lookbook. This eye shadow palette includes the following shades (L-R): By using your brushes with a light hand to pick up little product at a time or simply using a fan brush to sweep away excess fall out on your face, you can conquer the fall out instantly. ![]() Though the colors look amazing swatched, as you will see in the following pictures, I found the fall out bearable but gets pretty annoying when I’m in a hurry. As excited as I was to try this, I couldn’t grasp the major fall out the eyeshadows in this palette produced. I’ve been using this eye shadow palette for a while now because it has a variety of neutral colors that is perfect for turning a day look into a night look. Stila ‘In the Lights’ Palette (Packaging)
